The Pitt not activating

The one time I want to play The Pitt and it doesn't let me in!
I've tried the setstage command (as seen on the wiki) but this doesn't work as I already have the radio signal, but the quest just doesn't activate. If I head north, I will find wehrner, and he will fight off the Pitt Raiders, but still, it won't trigger the quest, and the only thing Wehrner says is about having to keep moving (whilst standing completely still by the makeshift bed).

Does anyone know how to MAKE the DLC work?
YES I did get the GOTY edition, if thats why its screwing up.

I have FOSE installed...if that would interfere...and the running order is

I don't have any problem starting The Pitt. Looks like its mod related. I do have FWE but I don't have Fook.

I don't know much about Fook but it looks like you're running some outdated files with it. I believe the MyFook files aren't used in the current version of Fook. There should be a "Force start The Pitt" option under your menu. Check out the Fook thread http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1098878-relz-fook2-v11-beta-2/.

Yeah I've spoken to Wernher.
I may just unistall FOOK, it just doesn't seem worth it, as I cannot install the new Beta file as it requires you to run it at the same time as the other installer and it just WON'T work....

I just recently read this in another thread (a couple below this one):

FWE and FOOK2 are no longer compatible, as the old compatibility patch is sorely outdated. I have heard that others have dury rigged one, but I have no idea if their games are stable or ready to explode :)


Perhaps having both of those loaded could be causing problems.

I've had that issue before, but I've never used FOOK. Mine was likely just a combination of various mods. I haven't seen it since, so I don't really know what it was. I just used to slightly advance the quest through the console.
