And shout fire in NPC's faces.

I will reserve the right to change my playstyle the closer I get to release date and the more information I know about perks, spells, stealth, detection system, etc. I kinda wanna wing it this time around though. If at all possible a stealthy mage with maybe a dagger for melee would be fun if they have some stealth spells.

i will be a bosmer assassin. he will use his natural talents with a bow and will be unmatchable. when things get too close he will dual wield is favorite akiviri katanas. if he needs to use magic he will use one katana and cast with the other hand. he will wear light-medium armours depending on whats best thats at his disposal. if capes and cloaks are inn he will wear a cloak with the hood usually up. his spells will mostly be in illusion and alteration but he will have some healing and fire spells up his sleeve. he will always seek the shadows to hide in and the high ground to snipe from. he will be one with nature and know what plants makes the best poisons to coat his arrows and blades with, also to know what ones make a good refreshing drink on a unusual hot skyrim day.

How will you slay a dragon as a thief?

i would just run around in circles shooting him repeatidly with arrows ad fire balls. if i can get in close i would use my swords..... but yeah i prefer distance on things that could eat my character (remember he's a bosmer) in one bight.

He will be a warrior-oriented character, with the bow as a primary focus. As an alternate skill, for when arrows need to be conserved, or when the enemy is too close, he will switch to sword and shield; I hope the bow will enable me to deal massive amounts of damage at the beginning of a fight, and that the sword and shield will confer added survivability, enabling myself to conserve ammo when necessary. I envision my character using light armor for the most part, for the added mobility, while supplementing his abilities with Dragon Shouts.

He's a very flexible combatant, able to rely on his bow, or his sword and shield. Taking smiting as a crafting skill, he will be able to construct the most lethal and robust armor and weapons for himself. Given his emphasis on both archery and sword and shield, I would be inclined to say that he is a Dunmer.

I've also decided to play a slow melee character first. I think it fits Skyrim, and with a big weapon you see what the brutality is like. With him I'm going to do the main quest. I leave cool things like dual wielding, archery, and magic for the next characters.

1. Argonian Warrior, male, good
Skills: 2-handed weapons, heavy armor, smithing, restoration?
Main attribute: Health

2. Argonian Assassin/Thief, female, evil
Skills: 1-handed weapons (dual wield), light armor, archery, alchemy (poisons), sneak, shield?
Main attribute: Stamina

3. Breton? Mage
Main attribute: Magicka

Fighter.

Sword, dagger, axe, shield, bow. It doesn't matter, some stealth for safety too. Whatever fits the situation.

An Argonian thief-chef using daggers/short swords and bows, a touch of alchemy (just for seasoning) and trying to use only armour that look right for the role - fur, leather and studded leather, animal hide. I'm going to hunt, cook, steal and drink my way round Skyrim.
