Checking in. I would love to have my BoS back from the 1st convention. But if not it's fine. I'll assume a position at the moment of the fota main doctor. We need a steady supply of medical supply and need a bigger headquarters. Building maybe, we need a sterile area to treat our patient and at the fort the patient are exsposed to air and dirt. So if anyone could throw ideas out that would be great. We would be willing to barter with whatever we can.

Six months ago, the ambassadors of these several great settlements and groups sat down at the Tops, and made change for the better in the mojave. Well, right now, we need change.

Mr. House is concerned, because tensions between himself and the NCR are reaching a very high point, a point that might lead to a war.

We must resolve a peaceful way to this issue, but that is not the only reason we are here. We are also here to deal with the issues all across the mojave. The scenario we are caught in can bring poverty and casualties to the people of the Mojave. Ambassadors of the mojave, speak now.

To the ambassador for Novac:

The Enclave Remants would like to do some research concerning the REPCONN Test site facility. GIven our fairly extensive knowledge (or at least some of our member's extensive knowledge) of pre-war technology we feel we may be able to interpret some interesting data from the facility.

REPCONN was after all, a member of the pre-war government's military industrial complex.

I'm assuming you don't have exclusive rights over the site, so I shouldn't imagine this would be a problem.

Mr. House would be open to this, although he will probably be keeping an eye on you. The Novac-Nipton representative will be the person making the final decision however, because Novac is the closest settlement to the test facility.

As part of an agreement, that is hoped to be confirmed by Mr. House, we will take control over the Repconn Test Site and Ranger Station Charlie, along with being NoVac's militia for the time being, in return we receive supplies, recruits, weapons and technology for our archives.

As for Mr. House we leave this:

As Novac's Ally , I strongly advise you choose to let the enclave explore The repconn site. If they offer something in return.
Doing business with the brotherhood could possibly hurt relations with Mr.House . Therefore not a longterm plan

I want to agree with your statement, as Mr. House surely will not give them access to a pre-war facility as important as repconn. Again, Mr. House is being gracious enough for Novac-Nipton to choose who bases next to their settlement. If Novac chooses the Brotherhood, so be it. We will be keeping an eye on whoever takes the facility.
