It would not be a merger. They would be under the command of primm. I return they are subjects of the alliance and will be provided as such

Not trying to mean offense, but I think the Brotherhood would rather serve a dozen tours in Pre-war anchorage stark naked than become personal troops under control of primm. I could be wrong, however.

If they were smart they would. Is their base in Hidden valley still active?

It is far too dangerous to leave a wealthy trading outfit alone. Empty out one of Primm's houses, and Crimson Caravan will surely install an office in your settlement.

It is certainly not still active. The Brotherhood will make their own decision.

Mr. House approves a Crimson Caravan office in Primm, as long as it does not create an NCR presence in the area.

OOC: Probably done for the night.

Agreed with mr house. Any NCR presence would be met with expulsion of the crimson caravan

Ambassador Hassan - Brotherhood Remnants

We will take Ranger Station Charlie, regardless of your attitudes towards us, we will keep that area secure of caravaners, prospectors and traders. We however will not be subjected to command from a small town, we will protect it however and we will consed to orders from Primm and Mr. House, as long as they make sense towards us.

I realize it will take more than just safety to gain your trust. We will do whatever it takes to get the Brotherhood on its feet again. It is not like we will be isolated from the world in our "Ranger Station", we will allow anyone to venture inside and we will offer small amounts of aid and supplies, given we are granted them by Novac, Nipton, and Primm.

Hence forth, Ranger Station Charlie shall be named Checkpoint Alpha, under control of the Brotherhood.

*Takes a sip of coffee.*

We await confirmation from you ambassadors.

ooc- I would like to remind anyone who takes the Gun Runners or Crimson Caravans need to get all there decisions approved by the NCR just as most decisions made by Mojave members in this meeting have to go through House.

Ambassador Crocker- NCR
*Enters the room wishing it was air conditioned.

Hello everyone I'm so glad to be here today. Over these last few months the NCR has been receiving power and water from the Mojave in larger quantities than ever before. Because of the good foundation the NCR and Mr. House have build relations can only get better from here. Just so no one is confused about what that foundation is...

Second Treaty of New Vegas

A. Robert House is recognized by the NCR as sole proprietor of all the Mojave Region excluding the Mojave Outpost
B. Robert House gains control and rightful ownership of all former assets and investments of the NCR within the Mojave Region
C. The NCR military or rangers will never enter the Mojave
D. IF and only IF Robert House protects the constitutional, legal and basic rights of all NCR citizens within the Mojave as well as their physical safety. NCR citizens will be subject to the laws of Robert House while in the Mojave and citizens of the Mojave will be subject to the laws of the NCR while in the NCR.
E. The NCR will never restrict trade or travel to or from the Mojave except in extreme cases such as emenies of the state. There shall be no tariffs or fees imposed on any travellers to or from the Mojave, except those of equal value levied within the Mojave. (So if a community in the Mojave sets up a tariff or tax on caravans of 4 percent the NCR will enact a tariff or tax of 4 percent on all travellers or caravans entering the region.)
F. The fee of the electricity and water to the NCR shall not change from the formely agreed upon 5 caps per kilowatt and 5 caps per gallon for the next year. After that period the NCR and Robert House will met bi-annually to discuss changes in rates due to the economic and production realities on the ground.

Due to this wonderful agreement the NCR has begun moving away from it's primarily agricultural economy to small industry in some of our cities, although there is much progress to me made. Also after recent elections in Boneyard and a new Presidental election the NCR has politically moved to away from mlitary interventions but is starting to oppose the idea of free trade but that doesn't matter given the new treaty we've signed. In any case I hope the new peace we have all formed can continue on for years and years to come.

With the basics out of the way the NCR would like to move onto some economic and aid initiatives within the Mojave. Theres still the rail lines we must contend with, aid programs and food programs as well, and the NCR thinks it's in everyones best inerest if the Mojave would delevop a formal governmental system.

As a show of good faith. As long as it abides by orders from primm. The Nipton gas station will be given to the brotherhood by primm
Edit:as long as it protects caravans and serves primm's interests

Sherif, I am most pleased with your contribution. However there remains a small problem, manpower. The Brotherhood certainly wishes to have a small outpost there but our whole detachment is centered at Checkpoint Alpha. If you will provide us with a few recruits, we can certainly get that operational. We have enough weapons and supplies for them, along with our training.

I must remind you, we are only Remnants.

Also I was under the assumption this was a continuation of the Tops Convention and that all former slots will still filled by those who partcipated in the Tops Convention unless they gave up those spots. That said I see no need to wait, they'll post when they awake, get finished with work or school or feel like coming on the forums again. I know I'll be going to bed and then school and then work soon personally.

May I also give a suggestion?

If you will grant us the Nevada Highway Patrol station as well, you can consider that road safe for traders and prospectors. A tad more recruits and supplies will be needed, for now. Once underway, we can get more supplies from caravans that will stop at the Stations.

You have the support of the Brotherhood with you Primm. Considering you are our main source of recruitment for now, we are only obligated to your aid.

Yo ese, I really would enjoy being the Legion representative. Does anybody take real offense to female representation? My character is really coming together in my mind.

Answers to just about every question on that page.

1. Primm may not trade property that isnt theirs. The station belongs to novac so your gesture is void until novac-nipton makes their speech.

2. Bethesdalover is primm because Marty unfortunately will not partake in this thread. I have taken house and left primm to Bethesda.

3. Falloutbob, I totally forgot about the crimson caravan- NCR relationship so by all means the office in primm is your choice.

4. Meghan, by all means legion is yours. Nice to have you on this forum.

Good night.

ooc- Damn I just read what Colonel said, [censored] we need a good House for this to work...
And it's all good Gingy just keep on keeping order on this thread so people will continue to participate
Ambassador Crocker- NCR

The NCR only recognizes the right of Robert House and his army of securtions over all political and land claims within the Mojave. I would suggest that all claims of political indepednece be halted now.The NCR will advise all citizens and caravans to avoid trade with any towns that push for political independence. We gave Novac, Primm and Goodsprings the chance of tax free annexation by the NCR during the last convention and our terms were rejected. Just as I stated then you only had two choices and you have all made your choice, Mr. House has the final say in all affairs concerning what happens politically in the Mojave. Of course if you wish to take on House's political authority you can go against his army of Securtons, of course that didn't go very well for the Legion did it?
ooc- Hey Meghan, no one will take offense to you keeping a female character, I actually like it better. Although we do need to find a way to get you more involved. Night everyone.
