We've already seen what the Aedra's opinion on the Thalmor's omnicidal plan is: send a Dragonborn to intervene (Tsun and Arngeir both say your destiny is only just beginning after you banish Alduin, and then Tullius/Ulfric say that animosities with the Thalmor are predicted to heat up). Obviously should the races of Men (and any members of other races of Elves who hate the Thalmor) learn the Thalmor's true plan, they'd be out for Thalmor heads.
But what of the Daedric Princes? Sure, they did not take part in Creation, but they sure as heck are having a blast toying with the mundane world. Would they not take kindly to having their favorite plaything taken away from them?
Nah, the princes like having a new toy for a week or two, but get bored quite easily, even if they are doing thing they are not capable of.
"The CoC mantled Sheogorath. Meh, it's not as if he's a new daedric prince. Was pretty cool when he was at the Temple of the One and Martin turned into an avatar of Akatosh, but now there are dragons in the fourth era again, that was pretty dull". If you've read Infernal City/Lord of the Souls, I imagine them as the Lords, their tastes always changing and they get bored with even the most amazing meal.
I think it would depend on the Prince. Some like Merunes Dagon probably thought it was a splendid idea. Others like Azura would have been siding with the Aedra and others may not care at all.
Well since the thalmor want to become divines im betting that daedra wouldn't want them to accomplish that since the thalmor are mortals, but i dont see them doing anything about it unless the thalmor were literally hours away from achieving divinity but even then i doubt the daedra would do much if anything at all
Since the resolution of the Oblivion Crisis reinforced the barriers between Mundus and Oblivion, the ability of the Daedric Princes to intervene is limited.
Some of them might be opposed to the success of the Thalmor; some of them may see opportunities for their own machinations. So far, the Thalmor are mostly a mundane threat to the Tamrielic Empire, and only making the first feeble efforts at unravelling the mythopoesis of Talos, so I expect the Daedric Princes probably aren't all that concerned yet.

And Sanguine would do everythign to prevent mortals from disappearing. No fun that way.
Sheo, Sanguine, Meridia (as a Magna ge), Clavicus Vile (though he would pretend not to care), Molag Bal (wants to enslave mortals, not deities), Azura, Hircine (nature and hunting), Malacath (he's still good at heart, which you can see in the 16 Accords), and Jyg (thought he already knows the Thalmor will fail, for he knows all)

Actually, I'd think Jyg would prefer Pre-Mundus, as I would think that would be more in line with how he operates, stagnant unchanging order and what not.

I say the World-Eater's free to eat their worlds, thanks to the Dragonborn, who freed the dragon from chomping this one.
