What do u think of the (almost not mentioned) principal and the school? All we know, is that the kids from the school, 12 girls and 12 boys fled 2123, and became the sorrows - and the principal was the leader of the school (da'h!). And i think read something on the wiki that states Borous refers to the principal at one point Do any of u have more knowledge on this subject?

No idea what school we are talking about, only one I know is the one in Big Empty. On that, the OWB intro states that everyone in Big Empty just died out as the decades passed. Who we see in Think Tank were perhaps so important they were only ones allowed salvation through immortality.

I figure that The School is some sort of post-war community that formed from a elementary/midddle school. Perhaps the "Principal" began using the children for labor.

I doubt Bouros and the children mentioned in HH has anything to do with each other. The origin of the children migth be revealed in FO4 but it doesnt have to, its a big wasteland.

Obviously children teenagers mentionned by Borous and all his experience take place earlier...

Borous was the principal of American High (I imagine this is the one in Big Empty), and most definitely not the only school in pre-war America. Borous' experiences with Betsy Bright and Rrritchie Marcusss happened before his term as principal.
The school mentioned in Honest Hearts is just another pre-war school. Nothing remarkable. There are principals in every school.
