Mel heard the woman sitting at the table ask if he knew were the kids were.

"We dont have an exact location, but what we do know is that its to the far west. It also has to be in an area with plenty of radiation if he wants to use it on the kidnapped victims. He would probobly want some protection from people, so it may be in a vault. The only 2 known vaults in the area are 112 and 87." Mel said without looking up. He was still frustrate3d at the ghoul for yelling at him, and didnt really want to talk, so he stopped talking then.

If that ghoul is gonna be a [censored] to me for this entire mission, were gonna have probloms. He Thought

"You know, if 'Mel' hadn't taken my question the wrong way we wouldn't be in this mess.." Travis said. Travis wouldn't be getting anywhere by getting in a fight. He did that too much back in Underworld, but not here. "Let's just put this behind us, you know? But if any of you decides to go way to far with insulting, or do anything to me in my sleep, so help me God I will rip out your damned intestines." Travis puffed on his cigarette and coughed a little. "Jesus Christ." Travis said to himself.

John shook his head in annoyance, "Lets just say," john said to him, "Look at yourself before judging someone else." John put his hand under his coat, gripping his pistol, just incase.

John looked at Mel, "So we're going in blind?" John asked, "Not exactly appeasing now is it?" John waited for his answer, hoping things won't escalate out of control.

"Like I didn't see that..." Travis said. "Inconsiderate bastard.. So, seriously, when're we leaving? We've been here quite some time now and I'm pretty sure everyone's here."

Mel heard the ghoul and said "If everyone is here, then we can head out to the flight deck. Just make sure you have everything you need."

"Amen." Travis said rather loudly. He got up from his chair and walked out of the Muddy Rudder. After going through alot of stairs and halls, Travis made his way onto the flight deck, to await the others.

Niko gets up and walks (drunkly) through a series of halls and stairs. finally when he is out side to te main runway he wonders around there untilll he finds a rock and lays down. i wish i had some more vodka. he says to him self.

Mel then got up and walked towards the stairwell. He really didn't like that ghoul, but he knew he would have to be nice. When he got to the flight deck, he saw the ghoul, walked over to him and said "Sorry for the way I acted in the bar"

Mikhail pulled his coat up to his ears, it was real cold up on the flight deck, or maybe it was just the chills from seeing 3 super mutants a few hundred yards away. Seeing the Vertibird the parents had bought he smiled, "This is something, everywhere I've been I have had to walk. Now we get a [censored] helicopter, these parents must really care about their kids." He walked up close to the vertibird to examine it. He found there were no broken parts or bullet holes in it. After taking a swig of vodka from his flask he asked, "So if we're all here, and the bird's here, when are we headin' out?"

Travis decided to accept. "Hey, no problem. I acted bad too. Sorry." Travis pulled his pack of cigarettes from his shirt pocket and left one sticking out the front. "Cigarette?" He said, while holding out the pack.

John went after the ghoul, pushing his sunglasses back up his nose. He made his way up the stairs, getting up onto the deck, he saw two children playing baseball. John saw as one child hit the ball straight off the carrier into the river, with this an argument erupted from them, seems that was their only ball. John pulled his scraf up over the lower part of his face, and carried on further up the deck.

John looked at the vertibird, it wasn't in the best condition and looked ready to fall apart, "So who is flying this scrapheap?" John asked.

"No thanks, I don't smoke" Mel Said to the ghoul. He then said to the people that were there "OK guys, lets get loaded up on to the vertibird!" Mel got into the vertibird and sat down, waiting for the others.

niko was the first to get on the vertibird he sprinted there and tripped a couple times cuase he was drunk. once he was there he asked mike if he could have some of his Vodka. "i Call Shotgun!!!"

Travis walked to the vertibird. Once he was there, he climbed through the open door and stepped inside. He had never been inside a vertibird. It was really nice. Once inside, he sat down on a seat near the door. He pulled out the assault rifle he kept on his back. He knew they would need to be ready when the thing landed.

(OOC: From my guy's point of view he first said that it was in good shape...)

Once inside the Vertibird, Mikhail said, "Well, if we're taking volunteers for flying this thing I have a.. rudimentary knowledge. I found an old Enclave Vertibird Piloting instruction book. I remember most of it."

Erin followed quickly after the others had left. She slung her FN FAL over her shoulder, and holstered her 357 magnum.

Soon she was on the flight deck with everyone else. She had never seen a verti-bird so close, and it didn't look as impressive on the ground as it did in the air. That wasn't important though, as long as it got them where they needed to go it would be fine.

As she got on the verti-bird she noticed it wouldn't have much space. She noticed that most of the seats were taken.

"I can co-pilot," she said, taking up the seat next to the pilot's seat.

She didn't have any real experience flying, but she thought she could manage. Most of the old tech, like the verti-bird, did much of the work for you.

Its probably safer too, seeing as most of these guys had a drink or two earlier, she thought to herself.

((OOC: I was taking a more logical point of view, the only people who could keep a vertibird in top shape would be the Enclave, and maybe the BoS. I doubt the Enclave would sell a vertibird, and anyone else who gets hold of a good one wouldn't sell it...))

John got into the vertibird, it seemed alot bigger then the outside, John took a seat a bit away from everyone else, placing his rifle across his lap. John pulled his scarf from across his face.

"I hope you two know what you're doing up there." Travis called. "I don't feel like dying today, you know what I mean?" Travis slid a clip into his gun and cocked it back. Just in case, he turned 'safety' on.

Mike checked the load on his 10mm Pistol and his Laser Rifle. He saw that the focusing crystal was a bit out of line, so he moved it into place and shined it a little bit with his shirt. Good as new. "So, again I ask. Who the [censored] is flying this thing?"

Travis laughed. "Those two up there, the girl and the guy with the scarf. These people could afford us a vertibird, but no experienced pilots? You gotta be kidding me."

When Erin heard the ghoul's comment she casually raised her hand and flipped the ghoul off. She was becoming annoyed with him, but she would have to tolerate him sooner or later. She put on one of the head sets and handed the other to the man piloting the verti-bird.

"Let's get this bird in the air," she said into the mic, making sure it worked.

River huffed before heaving from his seat well, I also know who's a jerk with no class as well now. smiling he walked up towards the flight deck , a spoon disappearing from a table as he left. This looks to be a group doomed to failure the gust of wind upon reaching the deck a gust of wind blew by and jostled his hat while the tassels on his coat turned horizontal for a moment, seeing that everyone was filing into the vehicle River made haste to take the left corner seat. after getting settled River spoke trying to catch the attention of those that had taken their seats"Right, poker anyone?" River pulled a worn deck of cards from a coat pocket.

"What the hell is wrong with you people? I make a comment and you take it as an insult! I'd have the ferals to bite off your finger, rather your whole hand if you weren't my partner. All you [censored] smoothskins are treating me like a pushover." Travis said with annoyance.

(OOC: In the prologue it says they bought it form the enclave)

"Alright, i'll play some poker. Who deals?" Ahh, what the hell. "Ill wager you.. let's say 10 caps. And Travis, if you're gonna be a bigot, shup the hell up about other people being a bigot, alright? If you were nice and they were racist i'd understand your point of view, but you're being just as bad, even WORSE than them. So just please keep the comments to yourself, okay? No offence. Also, when we see some action, it'll determine who's a pushover."

"I'd play, but I don't know how to play poker if it was gonna save my life." Travis said. He decided he would just watch.
