The Raven: Quest Help : III

Im unsure what to do, i am at the 2nd quest in the mod, Where Sorkvild ask you to bring the Dagon Fel Garrison under his control, But im unsure how to do this, Any Dialogue i bring up to them, Dose not seem to trigger anything,
Im useing a Guard overhaul mod: NazoX9's Guards, Could this be a problem? Cheers
