Not a chance. I wouldn't expect any new additions to the already existing and well-established ones.

I actually heard something about that. maybe like a DLC or something. They mentioned something about playing as a cliff racer too

You take control of a Cliffracer vanguard in a alternate time line where the Neravarines boat crashed and Jiub never became a saint who drove off the Cliffracers. Well with a dragon back, that'd make sense.

In any case, the races will most likely stay the same. Hopefully.

Making it a race would ruin the game, but having a few alteration spells that temporarily transforms you into things like minotaurs, atronachs, etc. would be pretty awesome.

I smell a mini game a la "Lost Viking" in SCII.

Back to the question at hand; my answer is most likely not. If you remember in Oblivion, Minotaurs are considered wild creatures. Not ones that can talk to any of the current races. They probably can't fit on any armor either, or sneak around if the player chooses to be a Minotaur Thief character.

Too many limitations, plus the fact that they don't have a conscience. But then again, long ago people thought the same of Orcs, and they are playable, so who knows.. maybe.

Don't several races already have magical abilities?

No, they are a hostile race. But, I love the avatar.

I want to see the Sload as a playable race.
