Is the remaster pretty much just graphical?

I am looking at PC Skyrim remaster and the only think it talks about is graphical improvements, is that all there is?

In addition to graphical updates, it's a 64 bit/dx11 engine, which solves a lot of memory and performance issues.

As stated, only graphical improvements and 64-bit exe. Don't expect any other improvements or bugfixes. In fact, the SSE may have even more bugs than the standard edition.
