Creeper was too social to still be around.

Creeper was Clavicus's dog, Barbas, i believe, so i think he'll still be around in some form.

Clavicus' dog, Barbas, may be Creeper from Morrowind. Listen to him when he talks about what he used to be. Amongst other things, he says, "For a while I was a scamp, making deals with Orcs."

Grey Fox should come back. In the 200 years that have passed, he could have passed on his/her mantle to another three or four generations.

Mannimarco too, mainly because he was defeated once before, and came back. Somehow, it would be cool to see him again.

Aaaand Vivec, because he could be the last remaining piece of the triumvirate. After the death of Nerevar, Almalexia and Sotha Sil, he could be weak and feeble now. Hiding in plain sight sort of. Blending in.

Yes but the story of a wandering warrior who just wants a clean death ala MW is pretty awesome. The fact that a relic is passed down from epic warrior to epic warrior makes achieving it a fun thing to do in itself.

Plus if you want a dead looking black sword to svck souls from people, then that's pretty cool too..

Well if it's in (which it probably will be 'cause a lot of fans love them some Umbra) I hope it's not on par with the stronger weapons. I hated using it in OB.

In terms of the person, the Oblivion Umbra was lame. The Morrowind Umbra was a badass.

Oh, well I never played Morrowind so that could be the reason for my dislike towards him/her/it.

Totally. Umbra this time should come back in the form of a gigantic, armor coated, fire breathing, sword wielding dragon.

This could quite possible make for the most epic quest in the game. The only way to defeat him is to buy and drop at least 1000 Cyrodilic Brandy in his lair, and watch him die of alcohol poisoning.

Seeing as M'Aiq the Liar is more of an easter egg than an actual character I would have no problem with him returning in Skyrim. You know what, it would actually be pretty awsome if he did. A good easter egg never gets old. :thumbsup:

Oh man MW Umbra is so much better. OB Umbra kind of svcked and it was ONE HANDED (lame).

God... Vivec just pissed me off for some reason. If he DOES turn up in Skyrim, I will be sure to test out the new crafting system by making a a nice new pair of boots out of his shiny hide. :dry:
