Do they stack? I use shotguns more than anything else in FPS's, so anything that can improve my hipfire is welcome. Bonus points if anyone can tell me how much of an effect the rifle laser sight has, as it's not made very clear.

i wanna know too. Now that the marshall is nerfed, I run with the Jackal and its ten times better. Im just mad that COD had such a big impact on this game.

Yeah that's too bad, it's not a great shotgun at all. I've shot people at close range with it, not killed them and then died because it's too slow for a follow up shot. It's not as though I'm terrible with shotguns either, I use them more than anything else in every FPS (I have done for years since Perfect Dark on the N64) and I used to be number one in the world for most shotgun kills and shotgun headshots on MW3.
