Peter Hawk, leader of the Black Hawks, the most dominate force of Mercenaries the Wasteland has is in need of help. His enemies have taken the battle to far, killing his son and kidnapping his daughter. Knowing the amount of men that he had lost Peter knew that he could not get his daughter back because his men were Brutes with little knowledge. So Peter looked for the best people the Wasteland had to offer, these people are you, Wasteland Legends. Peter got a list of names and made letter's for his men to deliver to each one of you, the letter read this:
"To whom it may concern,
I am in grave need of help and I have sent you this letter because I need someone with your talents, you see my daughter Hannah has been kidnapped by a group of Rockland Mercenaries and I need your help to get her back. I am willing to pay anyone who helps me 100,000 Caps. You must understand Hannah means the world to me and I need her back, she is the most important thing in my life. If you are willing to help, which I hope you are, come to my Mansion, it is located west of Megaton, it's hard to miss.
Sincerely Peter Hawk"

ROCKLAND LOCATIONS (Made by -Pariah-)
Drakesville:
Town about the size of Megaton, a little bit larger. Drakesville has a gun shop, armor shop, general store, and a bar. The houses are made of tin and some made of wood. There is no real law enforcement in the town, as it is basically just an organized shanty town with a weak fence around it. Drakesville is common to raids and attacks, and constantly being robbed. There is at least one person dead per raid.
Rockland Train yard:
Rockland Train yard is home to Raiders of Rockland. The main point of interest is the brick building that is a hotel, bar, and brothel in one. There are two traders, and the Raiders allow people to stay in the hotel. The chief Raider here is Bloody Harry. Other than the main building, Raiders have built shacks around the building and on the railroads, as well as living in the train cars. The Raiders living there constantly attack Harristown, a nearby city that is close to Raider-inhabited railroads.
Harristown:
This is the main city of Rockland, all the houses are made of iron or steel. The founder is 73 years old, whose name is George Harris. There are numerous houses, two gun shops, two armor shops, three general stores, five hotels, and two bars. The entire city is surrounded by a 23-foot tall wall, and the front gate is guarded by town police officers. The police headquarters is at the north end of the city. About twenty people guard the gate, while the last ten patrol the streets. Although this is a mighty city, it is ruled by dictatorship, where people have little choice of what they do and how they do it. The Raiders nearby constantly attack the gates, which endangers the city every time, even though there hasn't been a single success yet.
Steel Haven:
Brotherhood of Steel camp that is small, but run by at least forty men. The camp is run by Elder Grant, who oversees all Brotherhood operations in Rockland. The quartermaster there will trade and repair things for outsiders. The camp is to be built into a full fortress once Elder Grant receives resources from the Citadel, which is planned to be sent in 2283. The tents around serve as resting quarters for soldiers and civilians alike. The camp is also a safe site for people in need, of which will be helped for 24 hours maximum. The Brotherhood here has issues with the Raiders nearby who try attacking the camp but mostly fail. The Brotherhood recruits new members here.

(Made by -Pariah-) Factions/Inhabitants:
Harristown PD- Small group of civilians with uniforms and guns. These men are very inexperienced with real combat, and the only thing they truly do is beat up Harristown citizens and shoot off rounds at Raiders who have absolutely no chance at getting through the Harristown gates.
Railway Raiders- this gang of Raiders are the ones that live in the train yard and terrorize the towns around them. These bastards are your average Raiders, weak, drunken, and psycho. Though the Raiders that live along the railroads are completely hostile, the Raiders in the main area of the train yard will let you come and go, and trade.
The Brotherhood- Sometime after the Scourge of the Pitt, Elder Lyons sent a division of twenty Lyon's Pride soldiers to the west - Rockland - in search of more technology. Elder Lyons made his Star Paladin Judas Grant the Elder of this operation. The Brotherhood members set up a small camp and began recruiting. After a few months, they went searching for technology in the wrong place, the train yard. The group was killed and it became clear that they shouldn't be searching for anything until their numbers grew. They started helping civilians in need and recruiting them, and over time their camp grew in size from the original few tents to a huge campsite.
The Enclave- The Enclave isn't a major threat in Rockland as they only have one site. They normally send out patrols to nearby Brotherhood camp and train yard. Even though the Enclave here is few in numbers, they have managed to take out Liberty Prime, the Brotherhood's secret weapon that defeated them at Project Purity.
Scavengers- Average denizens of Rockland, mainly the ones that either end up as a Raider or living in Drakesville. Few scavengers end up in Harristown, though Harristown is the city for the rich.
