The Roughin' It! Bedroll Kit

Post » Thu Sep 22, 2011 12:58 pm

I just found the Roughin' It! Bedroll Kit (location http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymCJVhbAE-E) and it is amazing. For those of you who haven't found it yet, the Roughin' It! Bedroll Kit is a bedroll that can be used on demand to sleep. This is useful because you can basically heal all of your health after combat without the need for Stimpaks or Brahmin Wellingtons. I also like it because it synergizes well with the Early Bird Trait. After 6:00 PM, I can just sleep in till 6 AM without the need for a bed. What are your thoughts on the Roughin' It! Bedroll Kit?

It weighs too damn much I mean seriously 15 pounds! my sleeping bag doesn't even weigh a fourth of that.

Hmm... I think that that may have been done for balancing.

Still for fifteen extra pounds I'll grab a better suit of armor and some aid.

I found it, just haven't tried it out. The Devs listened to the fans :tops: I agree that is pretty heavy for a sleeping beg.

I just picked it up but haven't used it yet. It's a cool item, and since I recently got the additional 50lbs perk (total carry capacity 330 lbs) the 15 extra pounds hasn't made a big difference yet.

Left it where it was, I didn't want a 15 lbs. sleeping bag.

15 lbs is a bit heavy, but if you don't like lugging the weight you can have ED-E carry it for you and if you have his upgrade, you basically have a floating workbench/ammo loader/hotel. LOL
