You know where the quest tells you to get a dagger and wear the ring to get the dagger? I can't find the place I searched east of khuul and can't seem to find it help?

Like the dialog and Journal tells you, it is east of Khuul. NE of the Khuul Silt Strider. Search alongside the mountains, it is quite easy to identify.
