This mod adds The Sable Dragon Inn, south of Hla Oad at the mouth of the Odai River. There are 13 miscellaneous quests that you can find, and about 6 smaller mini-quests as well.

Once you get to the Inn, just start talking to the NPCs. Most of them will have quests for you.
Two quests will not be available until you're character is level 4 or 6.

The http://pluto.fliggerty.com/ outlines who are the specific Quest givers.

The Inn is directly south of Hla Oad, or follow the river south of Balmora.

I need help finding the place where you have to find the dagger its east of khuul. Yeah I searched I still can't find it. Can someone please show me it on the map?
