It's complete freedom for Mankar, at the expense of everyone else's freedom. One person's absolute freedom may end up as oppression of another person. Freedom is not a automatically good thing for everyone. And it's Mankar's Paradise, not universal Paradise. I think you probably made the same mistake as Mankar's followers

We are not talking the kind of "no more shackles slavery" freedom, here. This is Freedom with a capital F, the ability to be, do, and exist as one wants, without any restriction.

Given that Eldamil says that it's reserved for those who question Mankar Camoran, it almost seems to be more of a technique to break them to his will.
