The main body of the house is divided into four "towers" leading off from the main reception hall. I have decided to allocate the rooms in each tower as follows:

North Wing

* Four bedrooms, each with an antechamber
* Four bathrooms

South Wing

* Drawing room
* Library
* Music room
* Upper hall

West Wing

* Chapel
* Dining room
* Kitchen
* Reception room

East Wing

* Dormitory
* Entry to bunker

ScrapCave

The bunker itself would house

* Workbench
* Hospital
* Laboratory
* Armory

I haven't posted on this in a while because I've been moving house and a ton of other excuses, but slooooooooooowly I've been working on it.

It's all done other than the basemant (where all the gadgets are) and the bedrooms. I'm currently doing the antechambers to each themed suite.

One of the ideas I had was to name all the suites after presidents: Jefferson, Madison, Lincoln and Tandi. I wanted a female leader in there to be a more feminine room for female characters, but couldn't find a surname for Tandi - I guess she didn't have one. I got her name from the Vault wiki (though I met her in Fallout 1) and the other three from Wikipedia - don't forget, America is a foreign country to me and I don't know much if its history. I hope those names are OK!

I want each suite to be different, so was thinking of adopting subtle ideas from each "theme" from the Megaton house - perhaps a vault-themed room, a wasteland-explorer room, a pre-war room and one like Dukov's? Which theme would go with which suite-name?

ok this thread caught my eye and i feal a need to comment on it. I made a request alogn these lines a long time ago. it got laughed off for not being "lore friendly" or some such. that beign said i was happy to see the thread and even happier when I noticed who posted it. but my two cents on the quest. remove the prior connection to the Lone Wanderer as this would cause issues with Alt Start mods from a common sense perspective. like The Eagle Has Landed has you start in the Enclave With the Lone Wanderer being someone else and James and Cathrin being his parents. or the Alt Start for Roleplayers if you wanted to roleplay as someone who never lived in Vault 101 and his parents again were someone else. also i'd like to suggest a landing pad for a Virtabird or a Spacecraft (Mothership Zeta Crew) as not many homes handle this in a satisfactory way
