i got my talents up in CAP COLLECTOR and LOCAL LEADER so i could get the scribe to work for me at the sanctuary, i eventually found him and he agreed to work for me but never showed up and i cant find him again, ive read he is bugged along with others, does anyone know if this is getting fixed? if not ive wasted talents in things i wouldnt need otherwise, i hope there will be an update soon to fix this, is there a chance i will find him again or has he gone for good?? thanks
