In the Glow's bunker, there's an elevator which you cannot use unless you have high IN or science skills. My character only had 6 IN and never put any points into Science, so I was wondering - anyone checked it out to see whats in there?

The one that goes to level 5? (Blue Card)

Dunno about can't use without high In or science skills, you just need to renable full power to the glow.

You need to repair the generator (on level 6 IIRC) first.

This is true, I was replaying Fallout recently and you do need to repair the generator.
