Hi! Today I've bought my copy of C2 (jewel case, MediaMarkt, Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation), and I gonna to be mad about my situation! I can play Single Player (after all of serial key authorisations etc) now, but how about MULTI? The trick with entering serial in a main menu doesn't work! And it is not my only problem - over 9000+ Rostov-on-Don players see the same!

I apologize that EA customer service will lesolve my problem in a short time, otherwise I'll take the payback. I suggest this was my fault, but EA must pay more attention to customers, not money.
