The shaky vision effect when a falling rock trap is triggere

Is there a way to disable or remove it completely? I really, really, need it to get gone.

It's probably set off via whatever script controls the falling rock trap. Take a look at that script :shrug: Out of curiosity, why do you need it to be disabled so badly?

One of the mods I'm using which is otherwise good causes the effect to loop endlessly under certain circumstances, which is extremely annoying and disruptive as you might imagine.

Malevolent? There's fixes for that.

1: putting in a console command which allows you to proceed.

2: Using coc to go back and beat the boss the way that was intended.

yer, that sounds like MALEVOLENT to me...I had that stupid effect going for a long time through out my play in Oblivion because I hadn't even started the main quest and it required me to complete it...so the entire time I did the main quest I had that stupid effect going. (I got use to it eventually, and completely didn't even realize it was there)

I saw something about this "Malevolent" in a google search I did earlier in relation to this problem, so I'm not surprised you guys mentioned it. It's not that mod I'm using though. It's Vampire Overhaul. It starts doing this as soon as the first phase of blood starvation occurs. It would be a shame if I had to disable the mod over something so trivial, since I found all the features and quests it adds to be pretty cool. I used BOSS for the load order, but here it is anyway.

Uncheck plugins that should not or do not need to be activated: green text, purple text and italicized text. Make sure you have the latest version of OBSE installed and that you are using the latest version of Harvest Flora (not the version bundled with OOO.) Remove the Fran respawn time and time rescale plugin, and use the equivalent bashed patch tweaks. Right-click on the timescale and respawn tweaks in the bashed patch and set them to 24 and 14 (2 weeks) respectively. You may want to lower that respawn time with FCOM and that day length rescale. Dead bodies will lie around forever.

OMG, you got used to it? Really? Wow! I ran into the exact same thing w/ Malevolent just last night, and after 10 minutes of it I uninstalled the mod! Talk about annoying...
