I think they should (have) added in a slider for difficulty. For example for each kind MOB in the game.
They should have one for animals (over all), humans (each kind of mob seperate) and dragons.

I think this would better balance the game. And it should be more than just the 4 or so settings they have. It should go 1-100

Maybe, just maybe...

Instead of bringing the challenge to your own level, you could try rising up to the challenge?

The difficulty is a mix between Oblivion and Morrowind: Some areas you just have to wait to venture into because the minimum level set of enemies is higher than yours, while other areas have enemies keyed to your current level when you first enter.

But generally, if you know what you're doing and know how to play your character effectively, everything and every area is easy.
