Is the 'SHOUTING' Natural?

Well its alot like anime magic only without the minskirts and thongs and flailing boobies. And its prolly not voiced by a super hot sounding japanese teen...

some people said that they hope you can't use the "shouts" for every battle and i disagree 100%!!!!
if you have the ability then you should be able to use it whenever you have it charged.

As a khornanite, shouting is a very natural thing to do while fighting, not fighting, and any mode of conversation.

Will SHOUTS feel awkward in combat?

Yes, it will definately feel awkward summoning a dragon against those sissy opponents we face in the Elder Scrolls. I mean, I couldn't care less about shouts, dual wielding and improved battle system, if the enemies is not just a littlebit more challenging.

I think Todd Howard used the anology of the Barbarian rage...

Well I have never seen a Barbarian rage that was seamless with melee combat,

Barbarian rages are full actions which cause you to disengage from combat to perform
