You're contradicting your own lore, anun. You said that the police and gov are extremely strict, and crack down extremely hard on gangs. If they see people walking on the street wearing all black and black hoods, they'll probably kill them, unless you want to change that bit of lore.

Armor/Clothing: SA uniform, but has a Crimson mask that covers his mouth to his nose and a black trench coat made to hold a large number of knives on the inside.

Weapons: SA Sword with his father's and mother's names engraved on the blade right above the hilt. Plenty of throwing knives in a custom trench coat his jacket all with a crimson ribbon tied to the end. Hidden blade in his boot to use at last second. His fathers "half-sword" which he keeps on the opposite side of his sword. *all throwing knives are poison tipped with radscorpion poison* would that be allowed?

Strengths: Speed. Incredible ability to throw a knife with speed and accuracy. He can make split second decisions. A good jumping ability to help him move around town. very very stealthy, which plays well to being a scout. Has never retreated from a fight. never gives up. He plans on dying in a mission instead of old age. he's a fairly smart person and is good at finding vantage points to assassinate someone. he likes to annalize everything and often finds best ways to kill someone. with all his years of experiance he has become good at hiding in shadow, which, means that he can stalk his prey with the greatest of ease.

Weaknesses: his never-give-up mentallity is a strength, but also a weakness. he has been outnumbered and almost captured many times. but somehow, is lucky enough to get away. his need for revenge can cause others to get into trouble. if he has even a hint that the Officer that killed his parents is near, he goes on a rampage and ignores mostly everyone around him. the only people he pays attention to are those with the highest rank.

Rank: Assassin? If not, then i'll just be a Shadow.

Personality: very serious. Doesn't kid around much. does not trust anyone outside of the SA, but doesn't even fully trust every member in the SA.

History: He lived a great childhood with his parents, who, loved him a lot. But one day when he was 17, he was visiting home after being away for awhile, a group (3) of drunk Police Officer [censored] his mother. His dad Tried to defend her, but they knocked him unconcsious. So Jackson Picked up his fathers knife and and charged the officer currently [censored] his mother. He stabbed in the side and then slashed across, killing him. He then threw the knife at the one farthest away and hit him in his face. he died instantly. The last one pulled out his pistol and shot Jackson in his ribcage. He fell on the floor bleeding, but didn't give up. he crawled over to the laughing officer. The officer just kicked him away. and then shot his mother in the forehead. His father, who had just woken up, jumped at the guard, but was pushed away and then shot and killed. Jackson lay there helpless, not having the strength to move. The Officer just looked at him and laughed again and then quickly left. Jackson swore on his parents deaths that he would avenge them. He then fell asleep, still bleeding. And that was when he given the chance to join the SA. They gave him the offer while he laying on the ground in a small pool of blood, he quickly agreed, and then they carried him off and over time (2 weeks) they revived him. He then began training and has now been in the SA for 7 years. Everything for him changed that night. His only goal is to kill every Police Officer there is.

thats what i was thinking that why i put my own seperate clothes and weapons. Also this is seeming to much like the darkbrotherhood. Are you sure you aren't just trying to make this oblivion with guns.
