The world of Skyrim is brimming with brazen bandits, devilish dragon cultists and all manner of ferocious beasts. But what about the more subtle threats? The killers, criminals and manipulators who lurk amongst us, slowly destroying the lives of those around them?

They too must be punished, and I have assembled a list of these villains so that the just and righteous amongst us force them to answer for their crimes!

This list includes two types of target: 1. Those who are a threat to the innocent, but are not immediately hostile and 2. Those who manipulate threatening individuals from outside of a heavily populated area. For example: Bandit leaders like Rigel Strong-Arm, who do not directly threaten a city or town are not included. Those who do, like vampire Movarth Piquine, are included. Similarly, the majority of the members of the Thieves Guild have been omitted for the moment, as their loathsome guild at least has the common sense and moral integrity to frown upon violence and murder.

Note: Some of these villains are permanently essential, or may only be killed after completing certain quests. PC players have the option of installing "Heartbreaker," or one of many other mods that make essential NPCs killable.

Make sure to add yourself to the end of that list for all the mass murders. Jump off a cliff or something when you're done.

But of course. Isn't that how most good assassin movies end?

That, or kill your last target in a public place and allow yourself to be arrested. Both are cool ways to end a character like this.

Lol, cool list. Would add a third category of people who deserve to die just for being lame and annoying, but a lot of them can't be killed for some reason (most of the thieves guild, most of the companions, etc etc).

I'm pretty sure Siddgeir should be on that list for some sinister as-yet-undiscovered reason.

While some of these are true scum (some of them sadly essential), a lot of it depends on value judgment, though. What are your loyalties? For example, you could easily add Elisif for "selling out Skyrim to the Empire", or Ulfric for "murdering the High King", both of which are unforgivable crimes depending on who you support.
