Read the question properly : Which race do YOU WANT. If you want the Imperials for example to be the most 'commonly' found race in Skyrim, you vote Imperials. With the first question it's not strictly 'provide evidence' but it's about what you want not what's it going to be in Skyrim. Everybody knows Nords will be the most commonly found race in Skyrim, it's their region after all.

About the same amount of time for slavery in the United States, and the African-Americans never forgave us Caucasians, so I don't really see what 200 years would do in TES lore.

I agree. The Argonians will always be prejudicial towards the Dunmer and vice-versa, some grudges will never be forgotten and some feelings will always be passed on from one generation to another. IMO Imperials made a mistake, they made en exception of the Empire Rules so the Dunmer could join the Empire without losing it's slavery tradition. If the Dunmer REALLY wanted to join the Empire, they should have respected the Empire Rules in the first place and drop that immoral and anti-civilized tradition. Fortunately King Henselt erased the Dunmer's slavery tradition.
