Yeah, I can't quite imagine all those honorable and/or rich people in Great Houses using this for they everyday hygiene ... grosses me out.

It doesn't appear to be used for hygiene, but rather as part of a massage treatment. If you're House Telvanni, Arara Uvulas, Master Neloth's Mouth, will tell you as much.

I'm thinking the (third) Concept Sload would be a better fit for Morrowind's color palette, but all are appropriately disgusting :goodjob:

I remember seeing it in a merchant's inventory, but I don't know it. I rather not, heheh.

The sload need eyes, they look like they're blind from having their eye's gouged out.

Also, there is some mesh errors in the hand and the tail shouldn't look so flat.
Edit on the hands: I guess they have webbed hands? Still the tail looks too flat when it hits the ground.

Also, Westly, the crown of the sload's head has some pretty rotten UV mapping. It looks like the lines in the texture are all meeting at the top. Perhaps the head could be remapped so that it's texture can lay more flat and smooth across the cranium? Also, it looks like at least part of the mapping on the head (in the back) and an area on at least the right shoulder is stretched pretty badly.
P.S. - The sload still look pretty damn cool anyways, great job!

Welllllllllllll I've put a Sload in game and it works fine. I decided to replace "Ugarte" from the mod "http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=1777" who was previously using Yagrim's mesh which has always been a blight on my immersion when using this mod. :3 So now Ugarte is a sload, and it certainly makes sense to me that he'd be in such a shady place.

Here is an in-game http://i37.tinypic.com/2rmqbu8.png, since I noticed this thread was lacking in that department.

I intend to take full advantage of this awesome resource. I have already begun writing up a plot summary for a questline involving a Sload, and I'll probably be making a WIP thread about it within the next couple of months.

Erm, he's using the placeholder textures used before westly/SWG started working on making quality textures. Also the head mesh is completely untextured.

Except this nice usage of this awesome resource.

The head did look strange to me. Not sure where to get the 'new' textures. Suggestions? It looks fine to me, though, since the model's polys are colored fleshy-ish.

I should have noticed, I suppose. Are the textures in the resource package on PES somewhere in the "WAR SLOAD" folder or are they in one of the threads and I didn't see them?

Yeah, pretty much anything with WAR on it is associated with Westly (his textures use the prefix WAR_ instead of TX_, etc.). That folder has the green, brown, and concept textures.

Should have known! I thought they were like... some kind of crazy tribal varient or some such insane thing.

EDIT: God, I feel so stupid. This is the first time I've ever imported a resource into the CS though, so... :o! I'll take some fancy DoF screenies for this project later using one of the Wesley texture sets. Lidicus, you are welcome to use them on the PES page when I do. :3 I think people would appreciate the screen shots.

Here they are!:

2 http://i38.tinypic.com/5b1svl.jpg
3 http://i36.tinypic.com/2vvlueq.jpg

6 http://i38.tinypic.com/eswaif.jpg
7 http://i38.tinypic.com/2d10ft4.jpg

And here is the glitch that occurs with this mesh. Not sure if part of this has to do with my Field of View (set to 91 instead of 75). Basically, whenever you let the head get close to the edge of the screen it disappears. This doesn't happen with any other heads in my game, creature or otherwise, soooo...
Picture of the http://i35.tinypic.com/29glxk5.jpg!

I hope I applied everything right this time. :P The eyes look kind of weird. Maybe sink them into the head deeper?

Thought I'd pop in here, being mentioned at the PES page...

I could fix up the UVmapping, or something, I've got those textures I made on my computer, but I don't have access to my compy right now sooo...

I still have access to blender and an old version of Photoshop Elements though...

should of replied to this a little sooner - any fix on anything ive ever done would be much appreciated, i made most stuff as resources especially the raptor riders, they were released with no clothes on but can use a variety of weapons inc. a bow, i figured people like to tweak and fiddle and there are many variations, diferent armour, diferent races etc (i think you can even swap the raptor mesh for the guar mesh and wth a little cobbling get a guar rider)
i did intend on making a swimming anim for the sload but never got round to it
