i has 23 hours and level 14, i explore most of the time, so the ony way you could still be level 19 is if you sit there watching 1 view for and hour (real life time) and move on to another ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ

i was level 20 in less then one hour on my first play through... you level how you want to. i wanted to get dragon armor ASAP so i burned black smithing and enchanting at the same time and leveled very fast. on the other side of the coin, my friend was 20 hours in and still level 4, he didnt want to do anything but explore the world.

its all in how you play

Depends on how you play the game. Often after finishing a dungeon my Dark Elf likes to lay down in bed at the nearest inn, sipping some Alto wine while reading all the nice books she found in the last dungeon. Of course right after she stole some stuff in the inn :P That makes me level slowly too hehe. Just don't worry about it and have fun with the game! I stopped playing my orc warrior (blacksmith, enchanter) because he was too high level too fast with uber gear and bored me too death so enjoy the game at slow pace :)

I seem to be levelling slowly too, can I ask a really stoopid question? Where do you see how many hours you have played on the Xbox?

My mate played for about 35 hours, and got to level 40, had found and killed around 45 dragons, dragons being approximately 20 minutes apart from each other, and had already maxed his blacksmithing and obtained all the best gear and items in the game, i really don't know how to explain it.

Your Loads are labelled with how many hours the character has been played.

People who level fast do it largely by getting Smithing and Enchantment up, which you can more or less level at will once you know what you're doing. That said, you guys are certainly levelling slowly ... more or less every activity forces you to level, but I imagine that you walk around a lot and run away from battle. The way I see it, slow levelling means that you are probably taking things the way that the devs intended instead of rushing to power.

Sounds like a fast track to getting bored before you finish half of it to me. I'm at 45 hours and level 25, I love mooching around the amazing world Beth created, but to me it sounds like what you are doing is overkill.

Each to his own of course, as long as you enjoy it what does it matteratw

I did find that when I start doing quests I've got most of the quest items from exploring anyway so you're not really leaving the quests to sit

Just enjoy it man

Not sure how many hours in, but I've had this game since release and must've at least been playing about 30 hours, and I am currently level 10. Granted, I did 'restart' my character at level 6 because I wasn't happy with my role playing choices made, took me some time to decide, but still I haven't achieved that much. Done a little DB, and random quests/exploring. I'm having a lot of fun nailing wildlife with a sneak bow shot, it never gets old

I do not plan on finishing this game before TES 6 comes out!

While your level is higher, and hours played is too, it basically works out that both of us are about the same, I'm 17 hours in, and level 4

I really don't like fast travel, so things take a while longer to accomplish in my world.

I only joined this board this morning. I meant to as soon as i got the game, but playing 70 hours and reaching level 20 doesn;t give you much time!
