Hi guys!!

I am currently considering investing around 20k cups and a Perk (Weapon Handling) to acquire The Smitty Special, but I have not tried it before and would like to know if it is worth the investment.

Also, if it is worth taking the Plasma Spaz just for it, because it would be the only plasma weapon I am planning to use.

Yes, it's good and worth it and no, dont take plasma spaz, this weapons is better outside vats, because shes act like some sort of minigun.

Go with vigilant recycler and craft MFC optmized.

Only optimized? I normally skip it altogether and only use regular or Max Charge, so I do not have to switch between different types of ammo.
