The Spell-Scar Incident

Post » Mon Dec 28, 2009 10:26 pm

Well I would try to talk with other characters but Claire is kinda... you know... asleep haha. Somebody could always carry her inside though haha.

You could always wake her up. I think Olren is still a little injured.

Here we are for mutant ideas. I know it's not quite descriptive writing, but art is the next best thing..

FC4: I've left it up to you what happens next, you can tell me here if you want me to move?

That second one looks like a good opponent for those of us who are swordsman. And the first one just looks scary, a fast opponent I imagine, on account of it being four-legged.

Mm, maybe it's too far gone from human...

I'm also thinking along the lines of I Am Legend, (btw does that have any influence on this Rp?) and using the http://whataboutjoe.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/ial.jpg that were in that.

They were just immensely fast vampires. But as long as you made them travel in packs around the streets, that would be awesome.

I have a scanner and I love drawing. Never attempted a map, though. I can try as long as I get a basic outline. You know, a basic line map would do, then I can beautify it.

The inspiration for this RP comes from a lot of different places. The biggest influence and the original muse was S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I toyed with the idea for awhile, then made Shadows of the City. That RP, however, died because I was absent for too long. The Spell-Scar Incident is a "remake" of it, but it has been updated and fleshed out a lot more.

I thought S.T.A.L.K.E.R. had something to do with this. The "magick pockets" sounded a lot like the anomalies. Pretty crafty.

The next GM post will be coming along pretty soon. So if you guys wanna get your characters introduced to each other and really make official that you're gonna be a traveling company, I suggest doing it on the boat. What better place to find comrades than on a battle-field.

Hmm, my character isn't the type to make friends, but he would be out looking for shields traveling companions. I plan on having him accosted by some of the residents of the waterfront though. Old enemies and all.

Hmm, this moves so fast, and I must get some sleep soon. Watch me miss something important :P

Maybe not. I only plan on one more GM post today, and those are the things players should watch out for if they want to get involved in the really important stuff. But this next GM post won't be anything super huge, just departing from the boat and getting having a slight crisis with some locals.

Nice idea on your folks already knowing Zoleece, Jonasvault... but I warn you now, he isn't likely to recall them, or sometimes he might... or he will consider them threats.

I'm likely to be going off soon as well.

Well as residents of the Waterfront I think its only fitting :)

And I'll be counting on your craziness in the events to come, whatever those may be.

I think it fits that all residents do, seen as you're such an eccentric character and all. Anyway, g'night for now. Rounded up my day nicely. :)

I'm gonna make a GM post to end the night. So you guys don't have to worry about missing something important. It is getting kinda late for some of you. Though you guys can continue to RP with each other after I make that post.

Yeah, I live in the U.S. so it's not so late over here. It explains why some of you guys have already posted by the time I get on. He he, I should pay more attention, eh?

I'd start on the Waterfront if I was you. Its less confusing because there is a bit less dialogue going on.

Yea, I'll post tomorrow. Verlox will post up my sheet. I have to do a project tomorrow, but I should be on wednesday night at the latest. That is when school is out. I am going to use Renal again. I RolePlay him very well.

Alright, gents. Lets all call it a night for now. I got my graduation tomorrow, so I'll be on a little late. We'll be departing onto the Waterfront then, and then we can move on into more action.
