The Springvale basemant key.

There's a house with a basemant in Springvale (right by the Red Rocket) that needs a key to get into. Where is it?

In all of my playthroughs, this is my first time stumbling across it. I NEED to get into that basemant. :woot:

Its part of Broken Steel DLC. You'll get it as you advance through the questline for it.
