The Star Orphans

So I was re-reading the Book of Hours once more and a question came to mind. Do the Magne-Ge reside in Aetherius as is "commonly" said or do they inhabit the void? Or do they only exist during the time of the Hurling Disk?

For example the Book of Hours states that they live outside of the Aurbis (therefore they live in the void) but enter it when there is a Dragon Break.

"...according to the texts, Mnemoli is a wayward child of ANU, one of a pantheon of forgotten deities known as the ‘Star Orphans'... a tribe of gods and goddesses that apparently felt abandoned when the Sun Withdrew from the World-Making. Like many of her siblings, Mnemoli is both confused and delighted with the Aurbis, and explores its five quarters as best she can without the help and regulation of worship, which are not needed (by which I mean, always there) during breakings of the sideways wheel..."

On the other hand if Meridia was a Magna-Ge how would she have left the void to become a Daedra? She couldn't have done it during the Middle Dawn since she was already noted as being a part of the Wheel before that. This suggests that the Magna-Ge inhabit Aetherius. Could someone please enlighten me?

I thought that the Magne-Ge exist within Aetherius, and should they want to enter the mundus they can use the stars as bridges. Meridia was (lore buffs correct me if I'm wrong) a Magne-Ge (the "daughter of Magnus" if I remember correctly), but entered the mundus. Because she is a et'ada that did not participate in creation, but hangs out in Mundus and/or Oblivion and has an interest in meddling (SLAY ALL OF THE UNDEAD!), which makes her a daedra.

I heard that Meridia was actually banished by Magnus for some offense.

Also, http://www.imperial-library.info/content/magne-ge-pantheon probably has some relevant information hidden beneath the pseudo-speak.

I don't read that from the text. The star orphans are ufos, which, clearly, are not solid vessels, but gates - Oblivion gates.

Yeah I couldn't gleam much knowledge from that in regards to where they are.
