We always hear about the NCR, Caesar's Legion, and Mr. House, but we never hear about the super mutant army nearby. I wonder if they will in anyway interact with the main factions. Will Caesar or the NCR make a move aainst them? Can super mutants gamble? Are they a viable faction you can lead to a unique ending?

In FO3, they weren't nearly as relevant to the plot as we were lead to believe, but they were still a major force in the background. Any idea how New Vegas will treat them?

From what I understand, that The State of Utolbitha is a faction that attacks you regardless (except Neil. Neil's my dawg.) and you have to overthrow her or something to that effect. I don't think they'll have part to play in the end, since most are probably just gonna blast them. Unless I'm mistaken and they aren't always hostile.

They are remnants of the Master's Army. Pretty sure that at this point Super Mutants' role is just in side quests.

I tink they will be one quest and done, or maybe we will be able to continue quests with them if we choose to finish the raul-saving in a certain way.

Sounds like a one time kinda quest to me, but who knows?

Ive heard that

Neil(friendly super-mutant) turns on tabitha and assist the player in dethrowning tabitha(if they choose to do so, and all supermutant kinds(nightkin/brutes alike in black moutain/SOU will become friendly while neil is king.. so long as the courier keeps a good rep with them.
