I know that since NV has been released, there were many threads(one from yours truly) asking about where the best place is to buy and/or find stealth boys. and while i am sure many of you have found the answer for this problem, i am sure there may be others here who have not found that many. truthfully, i have not found any vendor that sells stealth boys, and while i have discovered over 125 locations in NV, very few had any stealth boys to be had. this is your best bet in my opinion: become idolized by Caesar's Legion, and once you have, speak with Lucius. he will give you a key to the Legion's safe house, and every Tuesday and Friday a veteran named "Atticus" will visit. speak with him, and he will give you a choice of free stuff: 2 stealthboys, a random magazine, or 2 Cateye's. i bought the official guide for NV, and while it says he will allow you to do this on both Tue. and Fri., he will only give me the option of free stuff once per week. (i have the PS3, maybe your platform will allow you to do so twice per week) either way, with only 7 stealth boys in my inventory before finding this out, i now have 50 stealth boys, and it took me only about an hour or so to do it. i do not think there is any better way to stock up on stealth boys then this. the best part is you can do this, and still choose another side to fight for in the end, which is great for me, since i hate Caesar and plan to wipe them out anyway.
