honestly ive never finish fallout 1 and 2 ive only played alittle bit of them so im not shere exactly how they tie into each other say like i heard there was a oil rig explosion in 2 that basicalyly wiped out the enclave and then they regroup which takes place in dc were they get wiped out also. i would love someone to help explain 1, 2 to me.

Well... Its in good hands. Who knows how it will unfold.

Some ideas:
(Unpopular though it may be), any Enclave in the air at the end, could have made for Vault City (seeing as its assumed that at least one virti-assault team had been in the area recently) or NCR, or Vault 13/15; or hired out as merc enforcers in Reno. Ground teams near Navarro could have rebuilt it, or traveled inland to live out the rest of their days. The idea is that someone somewhere has their equipment.

Depending on the official story, the BOS might have flight hanger's of their own by now (and be a totally alien faction for most FO3 players).

The Vault Dwellers mechanical companions may still exist in service.

Typhon might be still ticking (the rad meter). A village elder in his own right somewhere. :shrug:

Pipboy 2000's could be found in the region with who knows what on recorded it.

Shouldn't really extrapolate NCR that much, because they will be so prominent.

The last is pretty much guaranteed, seeing how the NCR/BoS war from Van Buren is canon now and how that one got started. Whatever remnants we find in New Vegas, they will be at least as fiercely xenophobic and technophile as the Outcasts in F3, maybe even as bad and badass as the Circle of Steel.

At some point In New Vegas I want to find out that are character or character's parents came from New Arroyo. This way there can be some conncetion to The Chosen One and therefore the Vault Dweller. This would be awesome. Even better would be to find out for sure that are character in someway is related to the Chosen One. Make this happen Devs, please. It would be the ultimate tie into Fallout one and Fallout two.
