sorry if this is has already been talked about or if the devs already said why. anyway how do you think this story should be revealed or told, like why they were hunted down and killed? since your mentor (forgive me for not remembering his name) is the last blade alive this seems like a topic he wouldnt want to talk about or maybe he does idk. do you think the story behind it should be easily found out or do you think that you should have to go hunting down scraps of information to piece together...

i mean after all the blades soul purpose ended with the death of the martin (dont know if the had another purpose so if this is wrong my bad) and the blades seemed like they were the good guys so why would they be hunted down?

Not sure how it will end up, but I really hope they do a better job of making me think the Blades are the awesome dudes that they are. I want to feel impressed with their power and history.

i think you migh help him re build the blades so if thats righ he ll tell you but if he just helping u bring order then ou probily leanr the whole story twords the end

Spelling is incredible. But yeah I can't wait to see how Skyrim's stroy of the Blades pans out.

I'm hoping they Esbern will be more like the Blades of Daggerfall and Morrowind - very covert and filled with wisdom, as opposed to some flashy escort guard. Whilst I do have a lot of respect for the symbolism and honorable lineage the Blades have carried with them through the eras, he should definitely feel more like a mentor and person of wisdom than an action sidekick.

i hope that the story isnt told to you all at once, and that you need to search for some of the story
