The Strip is empty : Fallout: New Vegas

I thought the strip was supposed to be lively and full of people but there are only like 3 people walking around

why?

also where can i find Mr. Holdout?

I believe mr. holdout is outside of gamorrah, to the right if you've facing the building.

In my game there are at least 50 people on the strip every time I'm there, not sure what's wrong with yours.

well is this a glitch?

from other forums it seems to be a common thing for the casino's and the strip to be empty except for a few people

The first part of the strip had like 20 npc's walking around for me. (Just outside of Gomorrah.)

And yay to fourth star.
