So, the Survivor site?

Post » Mon Dec 16, 2013 5:24 pm

If it was confirmed as a hoax by Bethesda and shut down, why has it started back up again? Didn't gamesas buy the website out?

Why is it active again?

I heard that the guy who made this hoax is working on a quite big mod for FNV, so maybe it's the date in which he announces that mod.

If that's true this might be the equivalent of Falskaar, just kept low key. Maybe someone wants a resume booster to apply at Bethesda.

He said that in his AMA about the hoax on reddit.

He admitted the whole thing was a hoax intended to goad Bethesda into releasing information about Fallout 4. Not exactly the best way to make a good first impression on a prospective employer.

The only mod that comes near to Falskaar is probably NVBII. It would be awesome if something like Falskaar will appear for FNV.

So many people consider Dead Money as best DLC, yet so few are actually able to let go. Just when I almost forgot about that hoax someone brings it up again.

"Believing the hoax, that's not the hard part. It's letting go..."

Reddit thinks this is the date when the hoaxer releases his script or video for his mod he was planning. The hoaxer wasn't very clear when he wants to release this material. Until now he has shown nothing.

If the interpretations at reddit are correct (I don't believe this guy one word) has his concept about the size of Project Brazil. So people should know how long it would take come out (Project Brazil was started 2008) if realy someone want to work on it.

It's all smoke and mirrors imo. nothing real, all fake.

Someone at reddit found the music on youtube. It's another commercial released one as the hoaxer used so often. Sorry forgot the title.

He would definetly do a better job than Pete Hines.

I disagree a lot here. Try to think about more in the interest of the company that making the game and not only from your player perspective. You would maybe realize why Pete Hines acts as he acts.

The hoaxer is simply a fraud and as I think it he is still not telling the full truth.

You're right, but do you remember the Dawnguard disaster that happened last year? He was awful. The only one giving us PS3 players actual information was Gstaff.

For better or for worse, he does have a job to do. He can't just give away information just because we the fans are desparate for even a scrap.

However, I still wish he would be a little more forthcoming in situations like we just had with The Survivor.

I agree but sometimes you simply can't because you have to let the hoax going on so you can find the source of the rumors. I don't know if Bethesda did, I hope so. It starts to get annoying.

Well Pete Hines seems to find Ryse: Son Of Rome a great game (I can't post links so go to his twiiter profile and search recent posts) so let's hope that [censored] doesn't influence too much production for any game BGS might be doing because Ryse well ..... :stare: I don't have strength to explain on how many differnet levels that games just svcks at least for me and it seems for many others too.

Also I personally find him despite nature of his job a complete and utter scumbag.
