When they make another fallout game is their going to be new armor,weapons,items,secret projects that the government was working on? Or it it slowly going to stop because the enclave have been wiped out and the brotherhood are slowly imploding?

Is it possible that there are other factions out there that we don't know about that are also very obsessed with technology and pre-war tech? Is it possible that there are other projects like liberty prime and maybe other weapons and armor that is in a bunker that still needs to be found?

Slightly off topic also, What was the enclaves Armour in fallout 3? Was it mk2 version of th power armor of mk2 version of the original enclave armor? (please no hating on any designs please)

Well we're aware of the Institute working with advanced technology and I imagine there are other groups out with access and understanding of old cutting edge technology. In regions with some stability, like the NCR, there may also be scientists starting reclaim that knowledge as well.

The one thing I love about fallout is trying to scavenge pre-war tech or just advanced technology. You could say that if I was actually part of this game I would be part of BOS lol.

Well the BoS haven't invented anything new. They are scavengers and seem to only find their own provisions and not make them. Regardless if the BoS recruits more soldiers and regroups they will be a dominate force with their still outdated but powerful tech.

I just checked it out on the wiki, I understand now the institute is in the commonwealth, I also think the boulder dome and the SHI sounds very interesting. I would like to visit these places in the games to come. Sounds like a lot can be done with these.

Well IIRC NCR has the tech to produce pre war tech. IE combat armor and ammo. Even computer parts and that kinda stuff. San Fran was it the SHI? that made a shuttle to start air travel tests again.

The Commonwealth? Well maybe it is a faction we know about, but it isn't a faction we know enough about. We sort of know they posses the technology to build and control Androids, and we can guess they're technophiles.

The Shi are probably light-years ahead of BOS. Those guys were super-geniuses.

Though its kind of sad we did not hear anything from the Shi by the time we get to Mojave. I can already picture their army in Power Armor, farming a whole field of rices, with a street full of kung fu action, and ready to obtain land for the sake of the Shi Emperor.
