Does anybody know who is exactly worshipped in the "Tempel of the One"?

Is it Akatosh or some other being?

I think it is Akatosh seeing as he is the head of the Imperial pantheon.

I always assumed it was a temple devoted to the single god of the Alessian Order, but I'm having trouble finding any source that connects the two.

The One may be the Godhead itself, though I don't think there's any proof.
