The Three Unknown Curses.

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 3:48 am

Sorry if this seem really noobish, as I am not a great lore buff. But one thing that I cannot help think about is this: In the Seven Curses, three of the curses (Seed, Ghost and Despair) are seen as mysterious "Unrecognised threats". But is there ever any indication or possible explanation of what these three curses represent?

Curse of Seed...Curse of Ghost .

Seed..Despair. Hmmm...now, the curses are to be in chronilogical order. But, we can not look past the fact that The Nerevarine may have ended Dagoth Ur's reign before any of the other curses were put into effect. I mean, Curse of Dreams may have even been the turning The Nerevarine into a Sleeper, but it never got to that point. Though Ghost could be put towards the failed Incarnates, I would wager to say that they're not even legitimate Incarnates, just normal people who proclaimed to have been Incarnates.

But then, the Seed may be the planting of Dagoth Ur's invitation to join him, or perhaps the planting the seeds of Despair, while Ghost is there to give the seed time to sprout.

Or it may have just never been implimented within the game.
