Yes. After the DLC's MQ is over, you can ask her if she has ever thought of giving up vaprisim, to which she says "no, not really, why?"
-You can tell her it would make you feel more comfortable, which causes her to get angry that you would try to make a major decision about her life about you, and makes her refuse to speak you about it again.
-You can tell her she could be her own person again, which ties into dialog from throughout the DC where she talks about how she was basically forced into it by her family.
-You can tell her to look at what it did to her family, which, like the above, ties into dialog from throughout the DLC about how it destroyed her family.
If you were nice to her through all the chats across the DLC, didn't blow her off, didn't treat what she said like you didn't care, and were generally supportive of her, options 2 and 3 will allow you to convince her to give up vamprisim. Option 2 causes her to talk about how it would be nice to not have to feel the thirst of being vampire anymore, and option 3 is more one of those "why the hell would you want to be like your mom and dad, who you don't really like, and were driven to madness by this", though she does comment they weren't exactly normal before that either, being Daedra worshipers and all.
You tell her that you will help her in this decision, which she thanks you for, but says is something she has to do on her own, and then she leave to go talk to Falion, the mage from the base game who cures vamprisim. You lose the ability to get her as a follower for several days, but when she comes back she isn't a vampire anymore, which she says she feels good about, and you can regain her as a follower.
You do lose out on the bloodcursed arrows for auriel's bow if you do this though.
