Nipton you say? That isn't far from Primm. I will send a dozen-or-so workers in your direction near the end of the week with a caravan with supplies for work.

What happened to Cottonwood Cove in lore? Is it some sort of base or is it abandon (I am not suggesting to refurbish that too, Nipton actually services a purpose while Cottonwood Cove doesn't, just wondering).

Given Primm and Nipton are a decent walk on foot, I think someone should restore the Nipton gas station and restore it as a concession stand or sorts. From my understanding, shops still usable too.

Excelent idea.

Perhaps we could turn Nipton into some sort of merchant hub, all we would need is for soem merchant companies to set up shop once the town is rebuilt.

That would earn even more of a profit.

OOC: The nipton gas station is fairly far away from nipton itself. The gas station is right next to the Mojave Outpost.

I understand Ms. Gloria had a few...moral transgressions regarding her prior involvement with the Legion. I can assure you that if you accept the gracious offer from the Legion, not only will you receive everything promised before, but I can personally promise that no harm will come to you or any of your brood.

Well, thats better. Now, so long as things stay good between the NCR, and the FEZONV, goodsprings should continue to thrive with all the extra travelers we've been reciveing. But Mr. Mieux, we have a slight problem. The road to the North West of town is flooded with cazadors. This road could open up more options for the town, including a new way in for traders, and, a potential are to expand. There are also vast gullies, just right outside of town, that are filled with radscorpions, and we ask that they be removed. Now, surely Mr. House could spare a few securitrons to deal with these matters, couldnt he. The town would be help'd a lot.

It isn't exactly next to it but its still along the same road.

The people of Novac would like for trade to continue passing through them, there is already an alternate route through Sloan.

We would be willing to pay 5% of all of our income to Goodsprings in exchange for leaving the cazadore problem unresolved.

Too steep. The robot isn't worth enough for us to act as permanent watchdogs for Primm.

However as Mieux said, we would certainly be able to restore power to the Casinos. One way or the other.

Agree to these terms and I'll send Whitman, Johnson, and Dr. Henry over there right away via vertibird to pick up the eyebot and fix the casinos.

I feel that every caravaner has his or her own preffered method of reaching New Vegas. I feel every road needs to remain open. We'll divert two securitrons, more than enough for something like Cazadore Im sure.

If the Enclave Remnants are looking for a permenant home I believe the REPCONN Test Site would be a suitable home for them.

Novac could give food and supplies to them in exchange for helping defend Novac if it were ever under siege.

I agree, the caravan route need to be clear and safe to travel. If the Van Graffs can be persuaded to reduce activity in that area, then I would be more than welcome to discuss the matter. What happened to Cassidy Caravans was unfortunate. Lets work together to make sure that such things do not happen again.

OOC: Whoops. Forgot. :laugh: Also, I pointed out....er....somewhere around here that the Van Graff/Crimson Caravan conspiracy was discovered, so there's NCR sanctions on the Van Graffs and Cassidy is still alive.

Would the Van Graffs be willing to set up a shop in Nipton once it is rebuilt?

With its position it will become a major merchant hub, due to it being easy to head northwest to Sloan and Goodspirngs and northeast to Novac, and being one of the first companies there will give you a lot of power in the area.
