The Tops, the definition of cool before the Great War, and the definition of cool after the War. Now, after the Battle for Hoover Dam, it is the meeting place of the multiple factions to discuss how things will shape for the future. The Presidential Suite of The Tops is being guarded by Securitrons to keep unauthorized peoples from entering the elevator.

In this round, The Courier had survived, but since the Dam has retired to the Lucky 38 and has just retired to a quiet life. McCarran's monorail was disarmed from a bomb threat, Helios One's power was routed to Freeside, Nelson was crushed with the Couriers help, and the Fiends and Vault 19 powder gang were crushed, the Brotherhood is gone save for BoS remnants, and the NCR and Legion are pushed out of the Mojave. The Boomers, through the Courier's intervention, bombed Legion targets at Hoover Dam. As for the Kings, the Courier broke their ties with NCR, and thus saved them unknowingly from their death. Primm is an independant township run by a sheriff, and Goodsprings is a quiet prosperous trade route. the I-15 was purged of deathclaws due to the Courier, thus opening it up for trade as well. Stories have somehow spread over time, mentioning that The Divide was intending to plunge the world into nuclear fire, but the Courier stopped the launch, how no one knows. The Khans broke their alliance with the Legion and have mysteriously vanished from Red Rock,some think they left for a new land. NoVac remains prosperous, moreso now that REPCONN is now empty, after the Bright Followers flew into space, and the Remnants swooped in to Hoover Dam, fighting alongside their old nemesis to fight a greater one, only to leave as quickly as they came.

Unfortunately, things are tense now. With Kimball being flushed out of office, and Oliver not far behind, rumour has it NCR congress back West is threatening unfair embargos as revenge for Mr. House's powerplay. With Lanius slain, and Caeasar not heard from, no one is sure what the Legion is up to, what happens in the Mojave could get tense now if things arent settled.

The Suite:

When someone needs to cool off, there's plenty of stuff to do, sit in the air conditioned living room, have a drink from the bar, shoot some pool, or just chat, in the double doored room is a confrence room with water, tea, and hot cofee, as well as Sunset Sarsaprilla. For those who enjoy Nuka Cola, there is a small shot of rad away beside each bottle of Nuka to wash the rads out later. There's also Brahmin steaks and desert salads at each chair for the diplomats who've come to parlait. The air conditioning keeps the room cool, and soft music plays in the background to offer calm ambience to the meeting as well.

I'll take NCR again unless someone else wants to take that role, although I think I'll be retiring Ambassador Jingoism. Also can we take more than one role until it is completely filled or is it just one role per one person?

I can be represent the BoS Remnants if you'd like, or at least be a Paladin guard for whoever represents the BoS.

I agree, but if people do end up temporarily being two factions they should be as separate as possible. Like if someone was playing Jacobstown they could also play Primm which are both factions that have no reason at all to be interacting with each other.

I think as long as we get the main factions we should be fine. A Legion representative is what we really need right now. The rest can just fill in as they come.

You're absolutely right. I don't care when a Boomer or FOTA comes in to the debates, what we really need is a Legion representative to step in and we'll be good to go.
