I hated Morrowind-style Argonians. I'm not a fan of Arena's either. I like Daggerfall and Oblivion's Argonians, but I prefer Oblivion's. Also, any option that involves Morrowind animations is... no. The only race that should be waddling like Argonians in TES V are the Dunmer, who, at this point, have had metal poles shoved up their rear ends and slave bracers locked on their wrists by Argonians.

I think you misread on the animations, it's SWIMMING animations, not the walking ones. The walking animations should of course be done better, and just in case, Legs =! Walking animation from Morrowind, that was not because of the legs, that was because of cruddy animation job.
