an idea for a dragon shout that i just had, it would like one of those high leveled hard to get shouts, where your fighting a dragon when you jump off a cliff or your about to die, then you do the shout (which should have a reallllyyy long cool down) that would send you 30 seconds to the past to change your course and kick that dragons ass, maybe if it was like a greater power -once a day-
what do you think of this and any other suggestions on ultimate shouts?

I'm thinking Akatosh would say "No", and we just die from trying to tamper with time.

I'm not feeling creative, but if there isn't a Shout that autorips the soul out of a dragon, I'ma be pissed.

This. No more warping the west, or Akatosh will surely just say "[censored] this" and burn the world himself.

The games open world so its to complicated to rewind time even for a second as the entire enviroment as far as you could see will need to be reset to the position it was in before.

How about instead of rewinding time, you switch places with the last thing you hit. The dragon falls to its death and you live, everyone's happy!
