So I must admit that worm82075 inspired me. He was clever enough to slow down the game play footage from the trailer as seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmXku4Og_w4&hd=1 which revealed how much of the gameplay footage had been sped up a little bit for the official trailer. The slowed footage gives you a better appreciation of the environments and characters shown in the game play footage without a doubt.

So I decided to create my own trailer. I stripped out all the non gameplay footage. Mixed together a Skyrim theme song to fit the length of the video. Added a few sound effects, and viola!

Thanks! I will play around with that. It can be a little tricky mixing different musical parts together. The music for this trailer was taken from the 1 minute theme on the podcast, and I had to chop it up and piece together a 4 minute version. It wasn't too difficult but it did take a little time to do.

I actually did think of that right as I was uploading it to youtube. So I will give it a try. I did love the musical variety in the official trailer, particularly that part at the end. Good Stuff!

Thanks guys! Like you guys, I am all about the in game footage. I wanted something that would let me really let me get a closer look at the game itself. Bethesda rocks for giving us such a great trailer with so much to see. I thought it would be a long while before we go to see the game in action. Thanks again Bethesda! :thumbsup:

This is awesome, really allowed me to take in the areas shown.

Although the narrator's voice is kind of silly slowed down.

What narrators voice? There is no voice in this version of the trailer, did you actually watch it? The music is also normal speed.

He watched the first video linked. I personally enjoyed downloading the video and clicking through it frame by frame using Windows Media Player. Right Click>Enhancements>Play Speed Settings>Little Arrows. The Back button goes further than the forward one, which goes frame to frame almost.
