As the title says I happen to have encountered a gamebreaking glitch inside vault 101 as soon as i started playing the game. What happens is that i see some strange sort of purple computer looking thing completely blocking the screen (or everything goes purple except for the HUD) , but it only happens when i load the actual game, unfortunatly i cannot find the screenshots folder anywhere on my computer, i even used the search function and apparently there isnt even any BMP files on my computer. Im running on windows XP if that helps. Are there any fixes for this or am I completely alone?

and yes i know that i spelled the "glitch" wrong in the title
