Ambassador Cole DeLonge- Mr. House

Vault 3, Vault 34, and Vault 11 are all abandoned. If any of the ambassadors here would like to have their group occupy them, then speak up. These vaults are pre-war treasures that only need to be renovated.

Vault 22 is not the greatest idea, though.

Frankie- Chairmen Representative

*Frankie gets a bit nervous with the Omertas arrival. Out of the three families, the Omertas are definitely the biggest competition. Frankie calls over the waiter and asks for a cigar.*

Mr. Accetturo is it? Is there any sort of proposition that the Omerta's would like to offer the Chairmen?

Alfred "Al" Accetturo - The Omertas

"Is that all?" Al asked, gazing around at the representatives. "With looks of some of these folks, I surprised no ones been shot yet. Heh," Al eyed Tommy and his gun, assured that if anything went wrong, he would have his back. Or at least take the bullets for him while he ran.

"How ya' been, Frankie? Swank takin' good care of you chairmen boys?"
Frankie- Chairmen Representative

We've made much progress in this convention. We have purchased some new pistols from the Mormon Remnants (Also, they won't be coming to Gomorrah). Not to mention that the Salvatore's are opening up a new bar on the strip, attached to the Tops. Taking these under consideration, the Chairmen are doing great.

How are you Omerta boys?

Charles Bailey - Gun Runners

Mr. Delonge, I understand that you need trading in energy weapons. We may not be as well rounded as the Van Graff's, but we can offer quality laser pistols, plasma pistols, plasma defenders, tri beam laser rifles, and a couple, really special guns. The basic guns can also be modified if you wish, and we sell plenty of energy cells and microfusion cells.

You are permitted to use it as a hospital or outpost of sorts. I wouldn't want to see it go to waste.

If you continue to do dealings with the NCR you will no longer be welcome in New Reno and I encourage all others to make the same stand.

If the Gun Runners cancel all dealings with the NCR then they'll be weak enough for our casualties to be very low.

If the Gun Runners accept this demand then we will give them land in New Reno tax free where they can establish trade routes to the Khans, Vegas, and the Mormons.

"Its disappointing that the Remnants won't be joining us down at Gomorrah, but I'm glad that you and your family can receive some extra customers. And I'll be sure to "check out" this new bar of yours, sounds like a real treat,"

Frankie- Chairmen Representative*

Al notices that the waiter's are serving Frankie a cigar, and quickly motions for one as well. Placing it in his mouth, he pulls a lighter and lights it. "Well, now that you mention it, my family and I are looking on expanding. It seems that a few of the old Casino's in Westside and Freeside might be able to be rebuilt, but it would need to be a joint effort. If your willing to help us out, will in return help you out. I mean, us Strip families need to stick together, ain't that right?"

Charles Bailey - Gun Runners

Al notices Charles Bailey, who seems to be in charge of some form of weapon dealings. "I believe we are not acquainted, Mr. Bailey. I am Mr. Accetturo. And just who might you be? Are you talking about weapon distribution?"

"Thank you, Mr. DeLonge, we will begin restorations soon."

*David shifts in his seat

"War is a very unfortunate thing, I really hope you take into account the many lives that will be lost attacking the NCR. I will have to think about the Followers involvement, but it will no doubt include medical assistance to anyone injured..even the NCR, as there are many Followers in California."

"That is very kind of you Nolan, may I call you Nolan? Our community could sure use the work and Daisy would have a blast messing around with all that technology. Now I do have to ask, with the NCR no longer in our parts and a few of the residents that helped protect our town have either died or left, is there anything you could do to help us with security?

I have inside men in the NCR military who are going to dessert within days.

Maybe I could have them escort the Followers left over to the Mojave before returning to New Reno to help prepare for attacking the NCR.

I would also like to ask the Followers to send any medics you can to the cities we're going to liberate from the NCR, including New Reno.

Yes I'm afraid that we will never set foot in Gomorrah, not that we would have anyways. That entire casino caters to the most disgusting of the sins. Not to say we fully approve of any of the strip's practices, but in the wastelands you pick your demons.

*Taylor smirked and turned towards the Bishop Rep*

Anyways are you still interested in trying to establish trade with Zion? If you feel the cost is worth the trouble then we can send an expedition into Zion that any of the Bishops can attend.

No can do, uh... Mr Bishop. Even in their weakened state the NCR provides more than 50% of our profits, cutting deals with them would be suicide. And we are soon to be headquartered in Vegas so there shouldn't be any problems with Vegas or the Mormons, and we are settimg up a small branch in Wyoming for the Khans, so honestly we shouldn't be partaking in too much Caravan work.

I would prefer trading with your people, whereever you live.

You have at least tried to be friends with our people.

Maybe someday the Mormons can overthrow the warlords that plague Utah and establish a powerful nation.

How could you work with those tyrants!
The Gun Runners will never be allowed here if you continue to work with them. You're funding monsters to kill civilians in the land you are from, you'd rather fund them then cut ties until the war is over and then when the NCR is gone or too weak to be a threat to anybody you could go back and regain those contracts, not like anybody can take your place.
What if House gave you the necessary funds and would be paid back over a two year or so period?

It should turn out to be quite the profit. We will be receiving 10% of the income from the bar in exchange for helping them set it up and get it running.

A dream we all share sir. So are we in agreement then? The Mormon's will supply the New Reno families with whatever they need for the upcoming rebellion in exchange for the rights to set up a church outside of Reno? Or do the other families have any quarrels with us?

The NCR has been our number one customer since they began as a nation. They will most likely be our number one customer as long as they're around. Essentially they are irreplacable, we would never rebound if we lost them. And I know some good people from the area, don't want anything to happen to them. And if it makes you feel better we are now supplying both House and the Khans.

Charles Bailey - Gun Runners
I am representing the Gun Runners. We have made some changes which I just listed off to Mr. Bishop.

"If your setting up base within Vegas, might I ask if your willing to arrange some sort of deal? My boys need all the firepower they can get, and I've heard nothing but good things about the Gun Runners. Tell me, how experienced are your men with .45 Auto, 12.7mm, .22's, and 10mm? And is there any superior firepower your able to craft?"

Al smiles. "Major, renovations. Very Major. Frankie, my dear boy, the strip is only a small gambit of the empire both the Chairmen and the Omertas could have. With support from the Securitrons, and caps funding the project from the two of us, we could expand and use all the unoccupied space still available in Vegas. Its just sitting there, Frankie, waiting. Easy caps in the making. All we need to make it our own is funding,"

I'm sorry Mr. Accetturo, but we simply do not look kindly on Prostitution and Chems. Now, we can turn our cheek to a small amount, as evident by our willingness to enter the Atomic Wrangler. But to have an entire casino dedicated to that sort of filth? Its--its ridiculous. However, just because we won't set foot inside the Casino doesn't mean we won't trade with you. We'd be fools not to, but I can assure you all we'd supply you with is munitions, and the deals would have to be made AWAY from the Gomorrah.

What kind of cut would the Chairmen be receiving? We are very interested in hearing more of this idea. What would we be putting into it? More importantly, what would we be getting out of it? It's not everyday you get to work out a business deal with your main rivals.
